This page looks at the looms we create our fabric on.
A Canadian Leclerc flyshuttle loom with a 60 inch weaving width, 8 shafts and sectional warp beam.
This AVL flyshuttle loom also weaves cloth 60 inches wide but has a dobby system so complex patterns can be executed with ease.
Our Hattersley standard loom was built in the 1920's and we rescued it from a mill in Selkirk. With a little help it is now restored and producing cloth again, numbered 41 it's partner 42 still awaits a little tender loving care.
